Products: Cranio-maxillofacial and Hand surgery orthopaedics
Clients: Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre Staff,
Job Package
Competitive basic salary and attractive package.
Commission on sales: 2% of sales (monthly paid the following month)
Monthly Bonus: £ 500.- in very month the budget is achieved (paid the following month)
Annual Bonus: £ 4000.- when annual budget is achieved plus paying additionally all the months where the budget was missed during the year (for each missed month £ 500.-)
Company car: for the value of £ 20,000.- or alternatively car allowance of £ 600.- per month plus business mileage (£ 0.20 per mile)
Private health care insurance provided by the company (optional, one can op-out): start after probation period of 6 months
Pension scheme: 15% of basic salary (split 50 % employee, 50 % company): start after probation period of 6 months

Person Profile
The ideal candidate will have maxio facial orthopaedic experience. Alternatively candidates will come from a surgical sales background.
Must be able to demonstrate longevity in previous roles.

Specific Requirements
must be comfortable in theatre
technical affinity
sales experience with technically demanding products
"experience in hospital/surgery environment an advantage but not a must (NHS, purchasing groups, surgeons, nurses etc)"
driving licence a must
able to read and understand medical literature (anatomy, biomechanics, journals) or should have
the potential to be trained to read this kind of literature.
IT
good command of MS Office Standard (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
some knowledge of SAP or similar might be an asset (CRM could be on SAP in the future)
