Overview of role:
- To take direct responsibility for delivering projects in key client accounts
- To be responsible for identifying and gaining new business in targeted companies
- To be an ambassador, helping to build and drive an industry leading agency

Role and responsibilities:
- Exceed all client expectations through developing and executing an outstanding service to both client and KOLs
- Report and manage projects profitably, capable of delivering a wide range of our clients services which include:
- Advisory panels
- Symposia
- Congress attendance
- 1:1 visits
- KOL planning frameworks
- Medical Education Programmes
- KOL identification
- KOL briefing
- Completion of all aspects of client focused account management
- Project plans
- Strategic consultancy
- Contact reports
- Telephone consultation
- Support Directors to identify and win new clients

- It is likely this role will require some international travel.

Person Profile

Key experience required:

This individual is likely to be currently performing well in a Med Ed agency / PR agency, but wants the opportunity to grow, take more responsibility and show what they can do...or

A Brand Manager or Regional Sales Manager in pharma, looking for an opportunity to expand their experience base and achieve a faster route for progression.

- Must have a Science degree
- Previous medical education or medical marketing agency experience
- Extensive experience working with KOL's in a variety of disciplines, ideally all outlined above
- Developed KOL plans and Medical Education plans nationally or regionally (if industry experience)
- Management of high profile, complex projects eg international symposia autonomously (if client side)
- Developing and co-ordinating high profile medical education programmes for large pharma clients (if client side)

Key skills:
- Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Scientific background, with the ability to hold high level clinical and scientific discussions with experts
- Ability to engage and impress Brand Managers, Marketing Managers and Directors in KOL planning and strategy, building confidence in Lucid.

- Confident, outgoing with a sense of fun and energy
- Adaptable, hungry, willing to learn with a desire to be part of a growing organisation and keen to embrace all aspects of a fast growing small company.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand and deliver on clients needs.
