A Hospital Representative required
Territory: Scotland
Selling to : Community, nursing homes and retail chemists
Portfolio: Liquid Pharmaceuticals- areas of Oncology, CNS and Cardio-vascular.
Experience Required: Experienced pharmaceutical reps only. Candidates will need atleast 6 months hospital exposure

Job Package

Salary dependant on experience.

Bonus (OTE capped at 15% of salary).
Lunch Allowance (£5.00). Within the M25 (£6.00).
Company car (dependant on availability in the pool thereafter Honda, VW or Toyota).
Contracted-in Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.
Healthcare Scheme.
Share Options.
Holidays (Starting with 23 days pro rata, increasing to a maximum of 27 days after 10 years of service).


Person Profile

Candidate must live Glasgow or Edinburgh
A commercially astute individual.
Experience of the NHS or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Experience within Hospitals and PCT's.
Previous experience in sales negotiation.
Able to establish and build relationships within the professional sectors including hospital pharmacies, consultants, nurses, etc
Able to gather and interpret data.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office software).
Skilled in planning and organising.


Interview Process

1st Interviews 3rd July
2nd Interviews 8th July - Leeds

Second stage interview will be with the Area Manager and National Sales Manager. The outline for second stage will be a 40 minute Q&A followed by a 20 minute presentation by the candidate on "how to maximise business within their territory". Occupational testing will also be carried out (verbal and numerical).
