UK Sales Manager (to cover either North UK or South UK): 1 position
PRODUCT: Surgical equipment and related consumables used for a range of minimally invasive procedures
ROLE: Combined sales and sales management position (1 direct report)
CRITERIA: 1. Experience and understanding of laparoscopic surgery procedures and markets.
2. Sales management professional with successful track record in sales of capital medical devices.
3. Experience of the operating room and knowledge of operating room practices and protocol. Certainly candidates will be able to command the respect, at peer level, of surgeons as well as nursing and technical staff
PACKAGE: Basic salary dep. on experience
£450 car allowance pcm

Person Profile

1. Experience and understanding of laparoscopic surgery procedures and markets.
2. Sales management professional with successful track record in sales of capital medical devices.
3. Experience of the operating room and knowledge of operating room practices and protocol. Certainly candidates will be able to command the respect, at peer level, of surgeons as well as nursing and technical staff
4. Be educated to degree standard - probably in life sciences or via a nursing background.
5. Customer focused
6. Self-motivated, confident and positive team player.
7. Outgoing, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organised and with a keen attention to detail.
8. Well presented and comfortable in dealing with customers at every level
9. Flexible approach, willing to do what it takes.
10. Ambitious
11. Prepared to travel extensively in a semi-national role
