Senior Consultants - Commercial
Title : Head of Commerical Consulting
Reporting to : Managing Director
Role:
* Drive the commercial consulting division with a pricing and market access focus, consolidating the current strategy insights and communications practices
* Team/line management
* Business development - 20% growth pa
* Responsible for c.£1mil of business from existing and new clients
* Scoping and delivery of projects
Reporting to role: 2 Principal Consultants, 3 Senior Consultants, 1 Analyst.
Job Package
10% bonus, profit share.
Person Profile
Candidates:
* Senior Level Commercial = Minimum of six years pharmaceutical, consultancy or agency experience working in pricing and reimbursement, market access, health economics and outcomes research
* Pharmacological, medical sciences PhD or MBA supported by a scientific degree
* Proven project delivery, business development and new service offering development capabilities for consulting or agency assignments for pharmaceutical/healthcare industry sector clients
* Proven consulting, project/account management and editorial capabilities
* Commercial = Thorough understanding of the drivers and barriers to commercial market access for pharmaceutical/healthcare industry sector clients
* Risk & Development= Experience of driving through a change management type project for pharmaceutical/healthcare industry sector clients
* Commercial acumen

* Computer literacy: ability to use Microsoft Office suite.

Delivery = 70%
Personal billability (Accrued revenue target of ¢G150K)
Business Development = 10%
