PRODUCTS: -(lipid lowerer) (Cardio), (Diabetes)

CLIENTS:- Primary care

PERSON SPECIFICATION: - Will accept experienced representatives or trainees

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: - 2 interview process, 1st interview with RBM, 2nd @ HO

Job Package

Basic salary - Negotiable depending on experience
(Reviews are performance based - 2 appraisals per year - individual and team ratings.)
Benefits - Product based bonus (Average £2/3,000, top performers c.£12,000 paid qtrly),

Lunch Allowance £5.00 per day,
Pension - employee 3.5% then 5.5% at higher income -employer 15.4%

Person Profile

Trainee or experienced pharmaceutical sales representative

2:2 Graduate or above, or equivalent qualification (e..g. RGN). Ideally with a years work experience within a commercial field.

Non-ethical pharmaceutical experience see trainee.
Up to 18 months pharmaceutical experience, same profile as trainee
Over 18 months experience MUST have ABPI
Over 3 years experience, track record supercedes acedemic qualifications
