Location Horsham - Fixed Term Contract (6 Months Maternity Cover)

Products Tixylix and Otrivine (TBC)

Role Champion the brand(s) through development and implementation of a well researched and comprehensive annual brand plan, to achieve agreed growth objectives (volume, value, profit and share)
Innovative use of full marketing mix to meet objectives
Creation and maintenance of a positive brand imagery internally and externally
Development of opportunities, both immediate and mid-term, for brand expansion and NPD
Establish motivating relationships across functions to achieve optimum results
Maximise brand impact through influencing key regulatory bodies

Person Profile

Skills and Education required

- Graduate Calibre (3 years commercial experience)
- Comprehensive understanding of FMCG consumer marketing
- Strong commercial acumen / financial skills
- Entrepreneurial style and ability to deliver results
- OTC environment understanding
- Ability to influence at all levels in the organisation
- Project Management skills
- Presentation skills
- CIM preferred
