Based High Wycombe, commutable from Maidenhead, Marlow, Amersham, Aylesbury

The role is a blend of sales, service provision and administration in a highly competitive environment. You will be recruiting for commercial based (sales, Marketing, Management) roles within the healthcare industry, becoming a specialist within either the Scientific, Pharmaceutical and Consumer, or Medical Device Sector.

Key elements of the role include:
- Achieving sales (billings) targets
- Business development - with existing and potential new clients
- Account management of clients
- Client pitches and presentations
- Assessing and filtering individuals seeking employment
- Relationship building - with individuals seeking employment, to the extent they recommend our service to others
- Being able to support candidates in gaining new positions of employment, including giving constructive criticism in such a way it enables the candidate to modify their behaviour and secure a new role
- Conducting competency based interviews with candidates both over the telephone and face to face
- Establishing and maintaining contact with employers to network, gain market information and position Zenopa as a credible recruitment provider.
- Delivering the service level to the employer that makes, and keeps, Zenopa as the recruitment provider of choice
- Providing mutual support - you must be able to undertake your colleagues' activities in their absence
- Accurately updating and maintaining the company database
- Regular client visits and attendance at industry events
- Working in a highly competitive industry, where responding quickly to meet client requirements is crucial

The role is target based with a mix of financial targets and activity targets. It will be based on activity driven by contact with client and candidates and results - i.e. billings.
The role is mainly office based in High Wycombe but you will be required to attend client visits and overnight stays for exhibition as and when required.



Job Package

Salary: £24,000-£35,000 per annum dependant on experience

Excellent bonus scheme
25 days holidays, increasing to 40 days based on length of service

Experienced Recruitment Consultant

The most important requirement is attitude. We seek a 'can do' individual, someone who will put the effort in and deliver to the client regardless of how long it takes or how difficult it is.

Experience

Minimum of 1-3 years recruitment experience, ideally within a similar type of recruitment company, with excellent track record.

Initial informal telephone screen
1st interview (Penn) with Executive Recruiter
2nd interview (Penn) with Penn Manager, Managing Director, Executive Recruiter to involve 10 minute Powerpoint presentation
