I am currently working with a boutique medical education agency who are looking for a Project Executive to join their team!

Role Overview

They do a range of Medical Education projects but the main thing that they focus on at the moment is running Events (virtual and live). The work they undertakes comprises of content generation, digital and live events management and other content initiatives. They are also developing a Content division, having recently hired a Scientific Director to lead the writing team.

They work across many therapy areas, lots of cardiology and also neuro, oncology, rare diseases and have just won a new account in gene therapy too. They run a flat structure and are looking for someone who always makes a contribution - they want someone who can come in add lots of value but also know that they're opinion is valued and they have a chance to be part of how the team and culture evolves!

Person Specification

Key bits to add:
-/ They ideally need someone who's worked with Veeva and has experience progressing jobs to review etc. with this platform.
-/ They are happy for the role to be based remotely, even after Covid/ or a mix of the two - their office is in Haywards Heath, just a few mins away from the train station and you would only need to come in twice a month
-/ They give you the time off between Christmas Eve and New Year and they also have a discretionary bonus that they've paid out the last few years consistently as they want you to share in the profits!
