Brilliant Field Application Specialist opportunity for a life scientist/ experienced Field Application Specialist.Role Overview
Territory: Office based in Buckinghamshire (with occasional travel)Products: Multiplexed and automated molecular assays
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing and resolving Technical Support Enquiries (either onsite or over the phone)• Providing training and demonstrations to customer and distributors
• Liaising with service engineers to schedule repairs and maintenance of equipment at customer sites.
• Initiate trouble-shooting activities to solve customer queries.
• Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Person Specification
• Minimum of a BSc in a Life Science subject• Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology Research experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Understanding of Molecular Biology (qPCR, Multiplexed-PCR)
