Role Overview

Simply put, your role as an Account Manager is to support the high-quality delivery of work across allocated accounts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Key Objectives
-/ To represent Method as providing the best, most expert, digital services, solutions and customer service
-/ To ensure Method clients are fully updated and best expectations set and delivered on all allocated projects
-/ To seek to add value to every Method output and client interaction

Responsibilities
-/ Be the key Method contact for agreed clients, communicating on all key aspects of projects in progress
-/ Oversee and manage the project progress and approval process

Key Tasks
-/ Proactive driving of frequent client interactions, adding value and representing the voice of Method
-/ Development of a solid understanding of the client, brands, and therapy areas
-/ Opportunistic identification of organic and new business opportunities and coordination with the internal team to develop these
-/ Track progress of projects and ensure any variance to plans (budgets, timings, scope etc.) are rapidly communicated to and agreed with the client team
-/ Provide regular client updates on project and financial status

Circa £32,000 - £40,000
