Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a growing life science company who specialise in temperature monitoring automated devices across the globe, who are looking for a Service Engineer to join their EU Team.

They are looking for candidates to be based in Frankfurt or Berlin with experience as an electrical engineer, ideally with IT knowledge, who is flexible with travelling as there will be business needs to travel across Germany and other EU countries regularly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Service, repair, maintenance and installation on environmental, Co2, oxygen and pressured instrumentation.
- Gathers and analyses information skilfully
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Coordinates projects; Manages project team activities.

Person Specification

- Previous service engineer experience (field or site based) working with electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of networking (e.g. can programme IP addresses); can understand IT language
- Must be able to travel up to 50% to 80% of the time, including trips away up to three weeks at a time
