- First line customer and colleague support by phone and via network access to assist with IT based issues across all IT product lines.Person Specification
Bachelors level degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in an IT, Technical or Support related field, with a minimum of 36 months employment experience post education, plus:Zenopa develop strong working relationships with our clients, which means we understand their company and cultural values.
