An excellent opportunity for a Biomedical Scientist (Band 6 or above) with experience with Laboratory IT systems looking to move into a customer focused role, offering product training, demonstrations and customer support for a global company with excellent market share.

The role is field based with travel around the UK.
This position is designed to assist our customer base by providing leading IT scientific support. The successful candidate should possess the passion and experience to deliver exceptional next generation application and hardware support both on-site and remotely.

Your main duties in this position would include:
-Customer Support, via the telephone
-Installations
-Customer training in-house and on customer sites
-Attend all required company training
-Maintaining good working relationships with customers
-Ensuring a high level of service.

Person specification:
BSc Hons degree in Biomedical Science with experience working in a blood sciences laboratory.
Experience with Laboratory IT systems (essential)
Experience working in a remote customer support role (desirable)
Experience troubleshooting & training
Customer focused with excellent communication skills
