TERRITORY: EMEA coverage from a UK base

PRODUCTS: Patient handling & moving equipment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of their key markets; structure, size and competitive dynamics within them.
· Developing, agreeing and executing a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives via Account Specific Action Plans (ASAP) that meets or exceed targets by engaging all targeted distributor accounts according to their designation; Tier 1, 2 or 3.
· Ensures that all distributors operate in accordance with the business ethics, contracted to as appropriate, and performance managed.
· Support the Commercial Leadership in managing Strategic Accounts and market entry strategies.
· Plans and costs their annual international journey cycle, including appropriate approvals and budgetary compliance

KEY SKILLS
· Successful field sales leadership experience (medical field strongly preferred).
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
· Business, Finance and Health & Care knowledge
