This is an exciting international travel role, involving 50% international travel and 50% working from home with the occasional office visit required to London. There are two posts available - one covering Europe/Asia and another covering the USA. This position involves distribution management, managing between 30-40 distributors in the region and ensuring success of this product line and distribution partnerships.

PRODUCTS: life science reagents - antibodies, antigens and molecular reagents
CUSTOMERS: pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, IVD laboratories.

ROLE:
Working with distributors in the region to deliver budgeted sales, drive the sales pipeline and ensure revenue growth.
Ensure valid contracts are in place with distributor partners.
Work closely with distributors and provide any required provide product training.
Actively support distributors in training events and sales meetings.
Provide accurate forecasting to meet/exceed budget and manage key opportunities.
Drive for customer satisfaction and increase competitive advantage by building trust and relationships.
Coordinate and provide regular revenue reports to distributors.
Proactively communicate with distributors by regular calls and email correspondence, to ensure their projected revenue targets are being fulfilled.

REQUIREMENTS:
A diploma, BSc or higher degree in a biomedical science or life science subject.
Experience managing distributor relationships - either within the UK or internationally.
Proven track record of exceeding targets.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Initial skype interview (one or two) with Sales Director and face to face interview at London head office.
