Role - Inside Sales Account Manager
Location - Kidlington, Oxfordshire
Salary - Basic salary of £30,000, potential to earn 25% commissions, 25 days hols, pension, healthcare

Zenopa are partnering with a leading Healthcare business in Kidlington to recruit their new Inside Sales Account Manager.

In this challenging Inside Sales role, you will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to maximise the lead to opportunity conversions. You will introduce new and existing products and services to potential clients, generate leads via phone and email, maintain the client database and handle campaign execution actions

It's an exciting time to join the business as they are enjoying a period of extended growth, with new businesses being brought into the group. You will have the opportunity to progress into a Regional Sales Manager in the future

Skills Required
The Inside Sales Account Manager will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Will be degree educated
- Previous experience within a similar inside sales / account management role
- Experience of working CRM systems is a must
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers on the phone,
- Able to attend exhibitions and conferences across the UK and Ireland (up to 15 per year)

Salary and Package
Basic salary of up to £30,000
Up to 25% commission rate
25 days holidays
Pension & PHC
