Internal Account Manager
Zenopa are working on an office-based sales role with one of our key healthcare clients based in Staffordshire.
The role:
It will be important to understand our ethos and be able to assimilate the company spirit across the whole team as well as communicate this to customers.
This role will be looking after a number of our key brands across three portfolios. All of these products have a history of strong growth over the past 5 years and are projected to continue this growth in the future to create more opportunity within this role.
You will:
· Contact potential and existing customers to sell the range of products
· Take incoming customer orders and upsell
· Answer questions about products and the company
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the sale
· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
· Enter and update customer information in the CRM system
· Take and process orders in an accurate manner
· Build and manage an accurate and compliant customer database
· Running account analysis to attach customer metrics to website
· Go the extra mile to facilitate sales
· Achieve sales targets


Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

· Proven record of achieving sales success
· Effectively analyzing and utilizing data
· Flexible "can do" attitude needed to thrive in a fast growing company
· Proven record of ability to work independently and take ownership and accountability of results.
Desired qualities:
· Experience in working as a telesales representative or other sales / customer service role
· Positive, enthusiastic and energetic
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
· Good knowledge of CRM systems
· Understanding of Excel including pivot tables and advanced formulas
· Ability to learn about products
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Outstanding telephone manner
· Excellent negotiation skills and able to resolve issues

The role is office based, however some travel can be expected within the UK and international. Therefore a current UK driving license is required.
