The Role:

As an Inside Sales Service Representative you will be responsible for UK service revenue; selling service contract renewals, upselling services and selling professional services and training. You will provide customers with all the necessary information to order and facilitate service agreement transactions. You must have prior inside sales or telephone based customer service experience. You will develop Service campaigns including areas such as early renewal incentive programmes, customer loyalty programmes etc. You need to have a passion for Customer Service and for 'going the extra mile'. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the UK Sales and Technical Teams to identity product upsell opportunities. You will assist in the preparation of annual sales budgets and report progress against targets to management. You also need great attention to detail as you update and maintain data integrity and customer contact information.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- BSc in scientific discipline preferable Life Sciences or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of outbound sales success – telephone based
- Confident/professional/good relationship builder that can adapt to customers with varied levels of expertise
- Motivated with drive and determination
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Based in Bisley, Surrey at UK office
