Role Overview

Zenopa are recruiting for a leader in the laboratory supply space on an Inside Sales role.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

You are responsible for conducting telesales and increasing effectiveness of online channels while working in close cooperation with the eCommerce Team.
You drive product sales by focusing on the geographic region UK/Ireland, which is not covered by Sales Reps or by complementing Sales Rep efforts on targeted customers and
emphasize eShop as purchasing channel.
You increase daily touch points with customers to better penetrate underperforming segments and gain access to locked down accounts.
You are responsible for referring opportunities to eBusiness Sales for eProcurement,
Punchout connections and customer-specific pricing in eShop.
You conduct high volume outbound calling to gain prospective new clients and driving product sales in focused geographic regions.
You follow up with existing customers to increase volume of low-cost items and provide improved customer service.
Using the CRM, you will create repeat purchases, target existing customers and increase sales.
You will refer opportunities over to the Sales Reps if required and receive referrals from the Sales Reps for consumables sales.
