This role is ideal for an experienced Telesales Executive who is looking to develop their International career in sales. The role will be based in our Leeds office with potential travel to Germany.
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for inbound and outbound telesales activity including contacting existing accounts, customers and prospects within our database to introduce/sell TP Orthodontics products and services for our German customers. The individual will deliver product information, offer special promotions, and provide general customer service, as well as feeding back information on the market & competition landscape. This individual will also maintain accurate database records in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and coordinate with several departments within the company to handle general customer enquiries relating to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account management/maintenance/customer care.
- Proactively contact accounts to increase sales and average order size by means of up-selling and add-on-sales.
- Generating quality leads with decision makers to pass on to BDE/M.
- In conjunction with BDE/M proactively contact prospects/customers via telephone and email to Introduce TP, new product mix and promotions.
- Working closely with BDE/M to meet and exceed sales targets, and monthly KPI's
- Resolving queries from clients, working closely with credit control in collection of any overdue debts form clients
- Input/maintain active customer files and accurate database records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system.
- Participate in trade shows as and when required
- Essential follow up on marketing campaigns and activities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and monthly KPI's
- Assisting corporate, Europe Marketing with translations to support e-blasting campaigns
- Participate in collection of electronic data with customer base
- Provide high level of customer service at all times and communicate with management the needs of the customer
- Essential feedback and reporting to the business on all market and competition information
- Assisting in other departments as business needs dictate

Person Profile

- Must be fluent in German and English, written and oral
- Inside, and/or outbound, sales experience.
- Ability to demonstrate a basic foundation of sales skills and understanding of sales process.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Ability to cohesively work on a team.
- Confident, outgoing personality.
- Can do attitude.
- Associates degree, or some college classes or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook


- Knowledge of orthodontic products/techniques/competition
- Knowledge of CRM software
- An additional language such as Portuguese, French, Spanish etc. would be advantageous
