We focus on improving colleagues’ wellbeing by empowering each other to effectively engage with their teams and to talk more openly about issues, including mental health: daily team check-ins and company Zoom breakouts give plenty of opportunities to engage with colleagues when working remotely and monthly ‘walk and talks’ with your team leaders are strictly wellbeing focused to discuss your agenda, your way, away from the office environment. The pandemic reminded us all of the importance of making a lasting and sustainable change for a better future of work, and Zenopa is launching a Mental Fitness programme during 2021 to encourage employees to take time to reflect whilst supporting them in building their capabilities, resilience and wellbeing.
