Role Overview

Our client is looking for a skilled Growth Hacker to create, implement and evaluate their growth strategy through PPC and SEO acquisition,

An integral member of the marketing team, you'll raise the profile of our client, drive interest and quality leads, and ensuring the successful launch and promotion of their platform and its product pipeline.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Performing a combination, but not necessarily all, of the following duties:
Digital communications

o Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate QuantuMDx' digital marketing strategy

o Devise, implement and evaluate effective digital marketing campaigns across a range of
platforms

o Optimise the customer's digital journey, via search marketing, SEO, email marketing and
owned media, CRM automation and refined audience targeting.

o Manage QuantuMDx' website (Wordpress), CRM automation software, CMS and social media
channels
o Undertake digital analytics, evaluation and reporting

o Closely collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager to support the events
strategy - promoting company attendance, driving interest, ensuring data capture, follow up
and evaluation

o Closely collaborate with the product managers to support product launches, awareness and
promotional efforts

o Represent QuantuMDx at events, as appropriate
Stakeholder engagement

o Liaise with external creative agencies

o Liaise with our sales team regarding lead generation, follow-up and email marketing

o Work collaboratively with QuantuMDx partners and their marketing teams

Desirable but by no means essential

o Creative media skills - e.g. desktop publishing, filming and video editing
o Experience of working within IVD, life sciences or health industries
o Familiarity with GDPR regulations

o Experienced in stakeholder engagement and working collaboratively with external partners

o Proven ability to deliver effective, integrated digital marketing campaigns
o Adept at CRM & marketing automation, social media and Wordpress management
o Experienced in search marketing, PPC and SEO.
o Experience of working with marketing automation software e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, Eloqua
and Salesforce or similar CRM
o Strong IT skills, including WordPress, Microsoft and Adobe packages, Google Analytics
o Relevant degree in marketing, media, or business-related subjects
