Graduate Launch Excellence Partner-Client Projects
Zenopa are currently working with a specialist consultancy who work with Pharma and Biotech to help them with their launch excellence strategy.
They have been in business since 2005 are fully independent and have 30 employees.
The offices are based near Tunbridge Wells, Kent, but everyone tends to work remotely and come together for monthly meetings.
They are seeking a Launch Excellence Partner- Client Projects , this role would suit a recent graduate who will be supporting the client delivery team. They are open to degree background such as psychology, sciences or business. They would like someone who is passionate about working in global health and project management and to become strong in cross team collaboration.
They have delivered over 150 launches in the last 10 years and most business comes to them from word of mouth and their good reputation. They have recently been heavily involved in accelerated launch plans for covid -19 treatments and a launch plan for totally integrated solutions for patient prescriptions.

Key role highlights:
Assist in workshop delivery (to clients)
Running internal associates forum (all PM's get together twice a month - coordinating topics / agendas)
On boarding (process for new PMs to the business)
Look at the trends - social media / competition and how this can feed into the strategy
Working closely with the Client Delivery
Workshops - help deliver these
Understands what is involved in delivery
Quarterly bonus on top of base salary
