Global CRM Manager

Zenopa Is recruiting for a Global CRM Manager rapidly growing international Pet Nutrition client

SUMMARY AND LOCATION:
· Based in Hertfordshire with hybrid working options, working within the Direct to Consumer channel to drive increased performance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Set the Global strategy for the retention programme, owning the segmentation and campaign plan
· Increase conversion, improve retention and maintain loyalty
· Own the CRM communications plan across all key channels
· Develop and the omni-channel automation strategy
· Line management of a Senior CRM executive

REQUIREMENTS
· Expereince working in a Direct to Consumer business / subscription business
· In-platform experience with relevant CRM/data platforms
· A team player with strong attention to detail
· A genuine love for data and pets!
