Role Overview

You will be a Solutions Manager for the Molecular Syndromic Solutions through product technical aspect & medical value.
The role will involve following up qualified leads and converting these into buying and prescribing customers by visiting Clinicians and the C-Suite.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Solution Managers and CIM's to propose the best offer to our customers and achieve the overall sales target and growth


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Main Accountabilities:
- Analyse strategic decision makers in the hospital and understand customer needs.
- Identify and convince decision makes and influencers. Propose technical, financial and clinical solutions (C-Suite) to KOLs.
- Collect insights from healthcare providers regarding the clinical and diagnostic management of Syndromic Testing and use this information to prepare the way for more appropriate and wider usage of the products.
- Collaborate closely with other in the commercial team to provide the best customer offering across the product range.
- Support Account Managers in pre-sales works and provide tender support.
- Set up evaluations in line with marketing department scientific protocol requirements.


Person Specification

Personal Specification:
- Bachelor of Science required or PhD in Biology/ Infectious Diseases- ideally with a specialization in Molecular and combined with a business degree.
- Significant experience in sales, preferably in the Life Science environment, and knowledge of the Syndromic market.
- Cutting-edge scientific understanding and technical expertise in molecular diagnostics is a plus
- Ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer, credible relationships with healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Leader and Motivator
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of relevant ethical and legal guidelines and high compliance with external guidelines as well as internal standard operating procedures


Package

Base salary depending on experience
Performance-related commission around £12,000 per annum
Company car or car allowance (£600 per month)
Pension scheme (from 3.5% to 10.25% of gross salary)
