Zenopa is a Recruitment agency in the Scientific and Healthcare sector, predominantly in the commercial space working roles in Sales, Marketing and Communications.

We offer School leavers aged 18-21, the chance to earn an accounting degree whilst working. The time will be divided up into 80% time working, and 20% of the time studying.

Role Overview

Level 7 Accounting Qualification, you will complete the apprenticeship as a fully qualified CIMA

Joining the Zenopa finance team, allowing you to gain first hand experience running the accounts, alongside an academic qualification, gaining an accountancy degree, free of charge.

You will be trained into a professional management accountant, looking to always develop and improve our system and process'.

Accountancy at BPP:
The Level 7 accounting and tax apprenticeship will provide you with a comprehensive approach to developing reflective practice and digital literacy. We will ensure that you are developing not only the skills required of your profession today, but knowledge to help you develop the skills of the future .

Person Specification

Initial entry criteria:
- 96 UCAS points (CCC), A-levels or equivalent
- 5 GCSE

What do we seek:
- Numbers focussed individual
- Strong maths grades

Package

£17,500 starting basic salary
Uncapped commission
25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
After a year offered hybrid working (2 days a week from home)
Electric bike scheme- up to £2,000

£20,000 basic salary after completion of 1st year
