Covering a South-East region
Suitable for Field Service Engineers with experience servicing instruments used in pharmaceutical laboratories OR applicants currently working in a GMP/GLP laboratory with experience of troubleshooting and maintenance looking to move into Field Service!
Role:
Responsible for, servicing, maintenance, repair and validation of systems, used in the pharmaceutical industry.
IQ: Installation Qualification
OQ: Operational Qualification
PQ: Performance Qualification
Responsible for the installation of new units and training of customer staff
Support the sales organisation through technical advice and assist with technical training to other staff when required
Where necessary, support service activities in international markets
Carry out the demonstration of units and systems at prospective customer sites.
Participate where necessary in trade fairs and exhibitions.
Provide input to R&D, based on customer feedback
Person Specification:
Experience working as a Field Service Engineer - experience servicing automation, ideally to the pharmaceutical market is preferred
If not previous service engineer experience, applicants with laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical company and proven troubleshooting and maintenance experience, looking to move into field service will be suitable
Electro and Mechanical background
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage - working in a GLP or GMP environment
