Field Service Engineer

Automation/Robotics - installation, servicing, repair and maintenance

An exciting opportunity to join a growing UK business that specialise in automation solutions used predominately in pharmacies and hospitals. The company are a leader within the market, working with the latest technology, innovate and improve solutions to meet customer needs.

The company have a team of 3 Service Engineers are looking to hire an additional Service Engineer to work in a field-based role, with time also spent at their HQ (in Warrington) for on-site repairs, so applicants within around an hour drive from Warrington will be well located.

Role:
- You will be responsible for installing, implementing and maintaining pharmacy automation solutions used in community pharmacy, hospitals and prisons across the UK.
- The role involves preventative maintenance, servicing and repair of robots and automation.
- Travel to customer sites across the UK when required (overnight stays are rare, typically visit 1 site per day, no weekend and no on call required).

Experience:
- Experience servicing and repair of electro-mechanical equipment. Backgrounds working with ATM, Cash Processing, Photocopiers, Printers, Security Systems e.g. CCTV is desirable.
- Problem solver, flexible and customer focused mindset.
