Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable healthcare company who are a leading supplier of patient handling, mobility equipment who are looking for a Service Engineer to cover the South East UK.They are looking for an experience engineer working with similar equipment based ideally in Oxford / London area.
Products include: overhead hoists, bathing systems, electric profiling bedsteads Customers: Hospitals and Care Homes
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Fault Finding and repairing specialised patient lifting and handling equipment
- Servicing and maintaining this equipment on a regular basis
- Organising and controlling your own daily work rota
- Working in a variety of environments including care homes, schools, hospices and hospitals
- Working to procedures and ensuring compliance with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment regulations 1998
- Making sure all work is carried out safely and causing minimum disruption to the site you are working on
Person Specification
- Previous experience working with patient handling / mobility equipment- Good IT knowledge
- Willingness to travel
- Good fault finding abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Driving License
