Biomedical Field Service Engineer


Main purpose and scope of the post
To undertake the installation, planned preventative maintenance and repair of medical equipment at customer's premises in a timely and proficient manner.

Territory: North West - ideal location: Preston, Chorley or Blackpool areas.

Principal Duties and responsibilities
·To respond to customer repair call outs as required in a timely, professional & friendly manner.
·To complete the Planned Preventative maintenance of Medical equipment at customer premises.
·To complete the Installation of Medical equipment at customer premises.
·To complete the Planned Preventative maintenance of Multivendor Medical equipment at customer premises.
·To provide Multivendor clinical engineering support to Hospitals assigned by line manager.

Physical requirements
-The role of Field Service Engineer may involve long distance travel in a company vehicle.


Knowledge inc. qualifications
-Possess an aptitude for knowledge in the field of Electro Medical devices
-Must have Bio Medical Equipment experience.
-HNC in electronics preferred or equivalent experience.
-Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
