Field Service Engineer- Scientific LCMS equipment.

This is a new role due to business growth, working for a successful global chromatography sales & service organisation.
Experience as an Agilent trained Service Engineer or working on Agilent LC-MS instrumentation in the laboratory is essential, products include, Agilent's Ultivo triple quadrupole LC-MS 6495B, 6470A, 6420A or 6460C systems.
This position involves travel to customer sites to deliver service, troubleshooting and repair of instrumentation.

Deliver routine planned maintenance and breakdown support at customer sites
Perform onsite duties including, service, validation, repair, accurately and in a timely fashion.
Refurbish and validate equipment for the refurbished instrument program
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to allow continuation of business and win incremental business
Complete and submit all paperwork to the admin team.
Give remote support via phone and email to customers where requested.

Person Specification:
Agilent trained Engineer - either a Field Service Engineer/Site Engineer or a 3rd party service provider who support Agilent systems
You will be educated with a BSc in a Chemistry or Physics based degree (Electronics and/or Mechanical qualifications will also be considered)
2-3 years' experience in the service, repair and troubleshooting of above systems.
