Are you looking to join a rapidly expanding company who are looking to double in size by 2025? This Field Service Engineer role would be working with their centrifuges, pipettes and heat blocks across the South West and South Wales.

About the position
• Servicing, repairing and calibrating mechanical and electronic pipettes, centrifuges and heat blocks
• Responsible for security and maintenance of test equipment and service stock
• Providing exceptional standard of customer service
• Ensuring all contract assignments for the territory are completed on time
• Adhering to all certification standards
• Adhering to all health and safety standards
• Compiling service reports, calibration certificates and other necessary documentation
• Promoting the sale of service contracts

About you
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with good knowledge of relevant products
• Educated to a min GCSE level or equivalent
• Some understanding of UKAS procedures ISO 8655 and ISO 17025
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Capable of working to deadlines
• Able to work independently and within a team

Package:
Basic salary negotiable on experience.
£3k team bonus OTE
