We are currently recruiting for an exciting Field Service Engineer position.

This will suit a candidate looking for their next step in their professional development.

The company is a world's leading health supplier in Diagnostics equipment who are passionate about transforming patients' lives and focus on developing innovative medicines and diagnostic tests that help patients live longer, better lives.

We invite applications from field service engineers with experience of fault diagnosis and repair of electro-mechanical/fluidic/electronics systems who holds a HNC or above.
Ideally you will have started your career troubleshooting at component level and have progressively built up your expertise to systems level in any of these industries (IVD, biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, aerospace but to name a few).

The vacancy is based in London and South East of England with work in this area and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
· As part of the UK Engineering Support team, you will report to the Southern Regional Technical Manager
· Be involved in providing first-class customer service covering trouble-shooting to component level, technical upgrades/maintenance, installation and customer training.
· The customers include the NHS, Universities and private pathology laboratories and you will work on specified products, ranging from large to medium sized biomedical test equipment

Job Package

- Roche Annual Bonus: 12% on target

Person Profile

You are an ambitious and motivated, qualified engineer - with good previous service experience working with high-value capital equipment. You will be qualified to an HNC/HND level or above in electronics or equivalent experience. A relevant science subject would also be desirable.

You will possess a confident working approach. Customer focused, you will be capable of representing the company in a positive manner at client sites that enhances the reputation and professionalism of Roche Diagnostics Limited. You will excel in building productive customer relationships in a complex matrix environment.
