Covering the following locations: Cambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Stevenage

Clinical Diagnostics Instrumentation
Cambridgeshire/East Anglia based

Provide field based support for the diagnosis and subsequent repair of instrumentation and software.
Provide routine preventative maintenance and installation for instrumentation and software supplied

Person Specification:
The successful candidate will have good field service experience in an electrical/mechanical environment, desirable experience of instrumentation in clinical diagnostics (microbiology, immunology or and transfusion) or laboratory equipment along with electronics training or a comparable combination of training and experience.
Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical, systems is essential along with experience of applications support in above areas
You must have the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and to collaborate with colleagues in other disciplines, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrated skills in problem solving.
