Role Overview

Due to an increase in equipment sales, a growing sales and service of dental equipment business is looking to continue its expansion by recruiting an ambitious and customer focused Service Engineer. This business prides itself on providing exceptional levels of service & support to both contract and ad-hoc customers with a focus on preventative maintenance.\~

Key Duties and Responsibilities

TERRITORY: North England
PRODUCTS: Dental Equipment (air compressors, suction systems, LED lights)

Installation, service, test, and repair of a range of dental equipment. This includes:\~

Treatment centres
Suction pumps (Mainly Cattani and Durr)
Compressors (including pressure vessel inspections)
X-ray systems
Autoclaves

Majority of the work is across North England and into North Wales
Providing exceptional customer service and training to clients

Person Specification

Experience working as a Field Service Engineer, within the dental market or within the white good sector
HNC/HND electronics is preferred
•  Strong practical skills with the ability to work on 3rd party systems
•  Excellent customer skills are a must
•  Willingness to train, learn and grow a developing business
