My client going through a period of expansion with a role now available in the central belt of Scotland, this role would involve travel over Scotland.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and servicing a wide range of dental equipment, to include treatment centres, compressors, suction systems, LDU equipment and digital imaging equipment.

Through effective communication and excellent organisational skills, you will manage your responsibilities, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professional attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Install, maintain and diagnose a range of Dental equipment, providing solutions to technical faults and issues in a timely manner in line with work instructions, Manufacturer's guidelines and regulatory compliance framework
Completion of all mandatory tests and commissioning following repair/installation
Carrying out site surveys for new surgery refurbishments and replacement equipment
Work closely with all relevant parties to ensure effective and efficient implementation of installations, delivering planned works on time and in line with changing needs and requirements
Assisting customers with advice and training in all areas of dental engineering, equipment performance and regulatory compliance
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Training new field and office staff where applicable
Responsibility for maintaining car stock and keeping of correct stock levels


Requirements:
Service experience within dental is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
Excellent teamwork skills
Excellent communication skills and professional manner
Good computing skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications
Experience of networking/digital imaging advantageous but not essential


Package:
Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
