Role Overview

This Service Engineer role covers a Manchester to Leicester region.
Experience servicing and repair of laboratory equipment is required.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Key tasks:
- Carry out field based technical support, repairs, planned maintenance, installations and basic trainings.
- Work closely with the regional Sales Specialist ( telephone calls and some joint visits) to ensure customer satisfaction, maximise the territory's total revenue (new systems and after-market) and deliver excellent quality customer service.
- Predominately territory based, but occasional travel within the UK to support the wider business if required.
- Work supportively and closely with internal stakeholders UK Service, to ensure that the company delivers high quality products and the high quality service that is represented by the brand.

- Experience working in a laboratory environment as a Field Service Engineer
- Self-driven, positive and supportive attitude to both internal and external customers
- Outgoing, active team player
- Proactive, ambitious and forward-thinking
