Brilliant Field Application Specialist opportunity for a life scientist/ experienced Field Application Specialist.
Role Requirements
· Managing and resolving Technical Support Enquiries (either onsite or over the phone)
· Providing training and demonstrations to customer and distributors
· Liaising with service engineers to schedule repairs and maintenance of equipment at customer sites.
· Initiate trouble-shooting activities to solve customer queries.
· Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Person Specifications
· Minimum of a BSc in a Life Science subject
· Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology Research experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent Understanding of Molecular Biology (qPCR, Multiplexed-PCR)
