Are you seeking a new challenge with an exciting Medtech start up as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager?

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join my thriving and expanding client based in West London.

This is a permanent opportunity and this person will be responsible for providing support to senior management with organisation, scheduling, project management, correspondence, human resources, and meetings.

Main duties include:

· Provide full diary management to the Leadership team
· Organising meetings, event attendance and diarising all commitments- ensuring that full details are managed end to end.
· Presentations and document formatting
· Managing strong internal stakeholder relationships internationally
· Facility management
· Organising office events and team socials
· Providing personal administrative secretarial support to the Leadership Team
· Anticipate upcoming needs and requirements for the office in terms of IT, facilities, equipment, logistics and other requirements.

Whether you are an experienced Office Manager, Executive Assistant or a graduate with excellent administration, communication and coordination skills, this role could be right for you.
