An excellent opportunity for a recent science graduate with some customer facing experience to enter a commercial role within a reputable scientific company!

You will be working within the Inside Sales Team and will provide technical sales support for the company's global network of distribution agents. As primary point of contact you will liaise with the internal sales, applications and service functions on a daily basis to ensure the timely delivery of product information, pricing and quotations to support distributor instrument sales. You will also be responsible for answering technical enquires and coordinating regular meetings to ensure distribution agents are equipped with the latest sales and marketing tools to optimise sales in ROW.

The focus of this role is to promote and increase the company's products with their Distribution network to reach and exceed sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Field incoming sales and technical enquiries via phone and email
· First point of contact for distributors
· Promote our products through telephone and face-to-face distributor/customer meetings
· Issue quotes, monitor our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up of leads
· Generate monthly sales reports and forecasts
· Ensure all external and internal marketing and product updates are communicated with the distributor groups
· Coordinate distributor product training and workshops
· Generate annual price lists
· Identify opportunities to increase sales
· Support the ROW region as require
· Implement KPIs to measure distributor performance
· Inter Departmental Efficiencies

REQUIREMENTS:
· A background of working in an inside sales role is preferred, but not essential
· Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in a scientific discipline
· Professional customer-facing manner
