Digital Field Engineer

Medical imaging equipment- servicing, repairing, maintenace and fault find

Field Service Engineer - Stoke-on-Trent and surrouding areas

Job Summary:
Providing installation, modification and ongoing service to this manufacturers range of x-ray systems. You will also be required to repair third party equipment and on occasion provide on-site training to customers on operating and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide service, support and guidance to customers
Build strong professional customer relationships
Committed to customer service and exceeding expectations
Liaises with sales to keep up to date with developments
Required to participate in customer out-of-hours support

Requirements:
In depth knowledge of and previous experience servicing complex equipment
Confident with software and operating platforms and IT network infrastructure
Self-motivated team player
Able to converse to all levels of customers
