Zenopa are looking for a new Dental Compliance Manager (remote) to join our clients team. This is a newly created role to support our clients growth in the dental industry.

Role Overview

The compliance manager will be required to look after a certain number of dental practices to carry out remote compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•  Will be focused on completing policy and procedures and reviewing audits and risk assessments for practices.
•  One-to-one sessions with dental practices to give monthly reviews.
•  Delivering practice meetings and one-to-ones.
•  Building and maintaining rapport with clients/practices.
•  Working independently and meeting deadlines.

Person Specification

•  3-years management experience within the dental industry (practice manager/area manager).
•  Good knowledge on dental compliance.
•  Must be self-motivated due to the role being remote.
•  The ability to keep on top of everything and excellent time management skills.
•  To be confident and outgoing
•  Strong attention to detail
•  Technologically inclined


•  Strong basic salary
