Customer Advocacy Investigation Engineer

Location: Wokingham

This role is ideally suitable for graduates with an HNC/HND or Engineering degree and an interest in moving into a post-market role, involving complaint management, investigations and root cause analysis of products & issues. Applicants with previous experience are also suitable and would be offered a higher salary in-line with relevant experience.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Review and investigate international customer complaints for assigned products and processes
Perform failure investigations which will include the testing, analysis, fault diagnosis and the repair of a variety of electronic and electro mechanical infusion devices, in order to identify the root cause of the feedback issue
Perform failure investigations to identify root causes and contributing factors wherever possible.
Recommend corrective and/or preventative action(s) related to customer complaint issues.
Provide a detailed report that clearly outlines the investigation process, investigation findings, frequency of related events, corrective actions and recommendations.
Work closely with manufacturing sites, R&D and Quality Engineers as well as Marketing and Regulatory Departments in the design and/ or modification of both existing and future products.

Essential Skills & Attributes

Good Electronic and/or Mechanical knowledge - HNC/HND or degree
Interest in working directly with electromechanical infusion devices
Experience in product evaluation, quality engineering and/or complaint management is preferred
Analytical ability to evaluate potential root causes at component level, in both electrical and mechanical systems and subsystem
Digital literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
