Country Manager
We are currently looking for a Country Business Manager to join a leading innovator of women's health. The successful candidate will lead the Breast & Skeletal Health business in the UK & Ireland.
This is a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the business in the UK, with a focus on driving profitable growth and maximizing the impact our products have on women across the region.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
• Full P&L management of the Breast & Skeletal Health business unit in the UK&I
• Development of strategic business plans which align with regional goals and objectives
• Execution of medium and long-term strategies that ensure sustainable profitable growth
• Coaching, developing, and engaging team to ensure maximum success
• Provision of excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support
• Building strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to drive business growth
• Effective representative for and positive promotion of the brand
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Significant experience managing a high performing team in medical devices, imaging product experience is a benefit
• Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrable coaching and mentoring techniques
• Proven success in building and executing long term business growth strategies
• Degree qualified or Business Administration qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SalesForce CRM and Oracle ERP systems is a benefit
Travel time 40-50%
