Malcolm is non-executive chairperson where his role is to help guide and shape strategy to achieve sustainable planned, profitable growth in line with the ‘Talent Driven; Culture Focused’ ethos of Zenopa.
He retired from corporate life in 2009 and now focuses his attention on a small group of ambitious privately owned enterprises. His early career in consulting provided 13 years international experience in a broad spectrum of sectors where he specialised in re-engineering under-performing businesses. This led to a 20 year period as CEO for two international FTSE corporations in which Malcolm was accountable for such diverse interests as automotive components, electronics, engineering, retail product manufacture and distribution, pharmaceutical packaging print and contract packing services. In his personal time he is a keen motor biker and player of the saxophone!
