Callum joins Zenopa after joining the world of recruitment as a trainee back in 2016. he learnt his knowledge in the medical sector and built relationships with agency nurses to help find them part time and full time work in NHS hospitals all over the UK. Having worked his way to team leader role, Callum assisted with the start-up of a new off framework agency as a Junior Partner specialising in supplying agency nurses to the NHS, but due to a lengthy daily commute he took the opportunity to join Zenopa and test himself as an Account Manager in the Healthcare Communications division.
Callum has also recently become a Dad for the first time with the arrival of his baby girl Ellie!! He's a massive Arsenal fan and attends as many games as he can. Callum also a huge music lover and loves to attend music gigs and festivals in the summer.
What people say about Callum
I’ve enjoyed working with Callum. Initially I was a bit sceptical (he didn’t take much time to find out much about the company or how we fit into the market place/what our uniqueness might be) but he won me over with the credibility of candidates he provided and, after the initial phase, the promptness of his responses and availability. I especially valued his input when making an offer to a candidate and, though he wouldn’t reveal who or what the rival offer was, did help me to understand the context and provide insight to the candidate which supported our thinking. He followed up without being pushy and was receptive to feedback for sharing with candidates. It was very useful having one contact at Zenopa, rather than several account managers (as some other recruiters do) which is frustrating, time consuming and confusing. I have already recommended him to our sister agency as they are currently recruiting also. Client Services Director
We have had a troubled relationship with a number of recruitment agencies in the past and this has led us to be extremely careful about who we choose to work with. This is often based on building an individual relationship with a recruiter, meaning that the company they work for is far less important to us. We originally worked with Zenopa because of the relationship we developed with Callum’s predecessor. It is a mark of Callum’s ability and service that we have not only continued to work with Zenopa since Callum was introduced to us, but that he has also been instrumental in us filling the most important role for which Lime has ever recruited – that of our first Creative Director. Thanks Callum for your great work, perseverance and understanding. MD, Lime
