EUROIMMUN UK is a subsidiary of EUROIMMUN AG and has been supplying immunodiagnostics products to the UK market since the year 2000. Orginally based in South Wales, all operations were moved to London in 2013. The services supplied include diagnostic test kits and automated systems as well as after-sales support and instruments maintenance. The main areas covered by EUROIMMUN products are Autoimmunity, Infectious Serology and Allergy.

EUROIMMUN AG was founded in Germany in September 1987 and has its headquarters in Lübeck, near Hamburg. EUROIMMUN subsidiaries and distributors can be found all over the world as EUROIMMUN products are delivered to more than 3,000 laboratories over 150 countries worldwide. At present, EUROIMMUN has 979 employees in Germany and 1362 worldwide, with a high proportion of university and technical college graduates in natural sciences, medicine and technology and computer science.

EUROIMMUN has an extensive product range, utilising scientifically unique and advanced techniques thanks to continual extensive and uncapped investment in research and development. EUROIMMUN is arguably best known for the single incubation, multiple test BIOCHIP technology for serological antibody profiling using indirect immunofluorescence techniques. EUROIMMUN’s testing repertoire extends to ELISAs (utilising designer antigens), Immunoblots (EUROLine) and Microarrays (EUROArray). Automation is another key area of focus as demonstrated by the recent release of high-throughput microscopes for the automated identification of immunofluorescence patterns (EUROPattern) and Immunoblot instrumentation (EUROBlotOne) to complement the already extensive range of IIFT and ELISA instrumentation.
