PRODUCTS: Infection prevention


" Be strategic, forward thinking and visionary to identify opportunities to expand the business through partnerships and new markets
" Analyse sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
" Play a key role in the tender and pricing process for all commercial activities and negotiations with relevant stakeholders
" Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget Partnering with business managers to drive financial performance
" Manage daily operations, including employee training and development to maximise business performance
" Development of financial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long term

" 5 years' experience in a commercial / sales role with a proven track record of sales growth and gross margin development year on year

" 3 years' experience in negotiating contracts and bringing to a cost effective solution

" 3 years' experience of project management bringing them to an optimum conclusion

" 3 years' experience of a high pressure environment including risk management, budget setting and monitoring, working to tight deadlines

" Knowledge of the impact sales negotiation has on the P&L and Balance sheet

" Knowledge of regulations within Healthcare and Personal care sector, ie Medical devices, REACH, BPR and CLP

" 3 years' experience in line management at a senior level including effective performance management

" Advanced knowledge of ERP and software packages eg Microsoft / google suite
