Commercial Manager - Haematology and Immunotherapy

Zenopa are working on a truly unique opportunity to bring together two exciting portfolio's across Haematology and Immunotherapy. This role will report into the Deputy GM and is responsible for Sales & Marketing activities across both portfolio's in line with organisational objectives.

This role represents a varied opportunity to work on product and marketing activities such as launch and pre-launch of new products/licences, wokring closely with sales teams and stakeholders to strategise plans, engaging with customers using insights to increase product usage.

We are seeking a hands-on, pro-active individual who has experience in both sales and marketing within the Pharmaceutical space, someone who has strong commercial accumen and can see long-term plans to create results.

An understanding of Haematology/Immunotherapy would be an advantage but an understanding of Chronic Disease Management from a patient perspective would also be useful.

This is an office-based role in Manchester but will require some travel to customers where appropriate.

Core responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement insights-based product and marketing activities, such as market access, launch and pre-launch, and variations management in line with framework requirements and market position and company pipeline.

2. Collaborate with the Sales Team and other stakeholders to develop and implement product plans, materials, and activities.

3. Customer engagement activities including insights gathering to increase product area expertise including product usage and handling, international activities, data generation and clinical guidance and product and educational projects.

4. Contribute to the development of framework strategies by providing clinical, commercial, and competitor insights and analysis with relevant stakeholders.

5. To be an integral and active member of the International Business Unit, attending meetings and congresses as required.

6. Maintain and demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, competitor activity, commercial environments, and scientific developments in the assigned therapy areas.

7. In collaboration with the Scientific Service Manager develop, coordinate, support and implement scientific service activities both on and off label in line with the PMCPA code of practice and other regulations.
